POSITION BRIEF: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, loaders and other equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Servicing and repairing yard trucks, equipment, and trailers.
- Problem solving / Troubleshooting
- Tire management and inventory.
- Maintain maintenance and repair records.
- Communicate with operators and office.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- Maintain tracking system for consumables.
- Basic computer skills a plus but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of Diesel motors a plus
- Experience with trailers
- Adequate welding skills to operate welding machines and torches a plus but not required.
- Self-starter
- Able to work independently or with help
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
