We're looking for a reliable kitchen prep person to join the back of house at our restaurant.
What you'll do:
- Prep ingredients, sauces, and stations ahead of service
- Follow recipes and portioning standards set by the kitchen lead
- Keep prep areas, coolers, and storage clean and organized
- Support the kitchen team during service as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What we're looking for:
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred, not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30-40 lbs
- Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability
- Food handler certification a plus, or willingness to obtain one
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
