First Impressions Landscaping is seeking dependable, hardworking Landscape & Lawn Care Crew Members and Crew Leads to join our commercial only growing team. This position involves performing a variety of landscape maintenance and lawn care services for commercial properties of all types. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with mulch installation, shrub trimming, planting, and seasonal cleanups
- Follow daily job schedules and instructions from crew leaders
- Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work well with others and follow directions
- Valid driver’s license and Legal U.S citizen REQUIRED
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- 7:00 AM start time - Until
