Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Ott Welding is hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team.
This is NOT an entry-level welding position. We are looking for someone with hands-on fabrication experience who can read drawings, measure accurately, fit, fabricate, and weld with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate, fit, weld, cut, grind, and assemble metal components
- Read and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
- Perform quality welding and fabrication to project specifications
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect your own work for accuracy, fit, and weld quality
- Perform both shop and field work as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Properly care for company tools and equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects correctly and on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Professional welding/fabrication experience required
- Strong fitting and fabrication skills
- TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and fitting skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to safely handle metal materials and fabrication equipment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass required pre-employment drug screening

Schedule:
Hours may vary depending on project and jobsite requirements. Overtime may be available based on workload and requires supervisor approval.
