Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to established procedures.

Assemble and prepare products for shipment.

Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.

Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate equipment and tools.
