Description:
The Event Captain is responsible for ensuring the success of the Event Operations and Event Operations related food and beverage operations. They must follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing of food and beverages.
Previous Event Captain experience is preferred.
Previous bartending experience required.
Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders as needed
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
