Job Overview
This role is about connection. At Madent Al-Taybat Roastery, our Guest & Fulfillment Associate are the first to welcome guests, offer them a warm sample of Arabic coffee and a sweet bite, and guide them through the magic of our store. You'll help with everything from product discovery to beautifully wrapping gift orders, all while making every customer feel seen and cared for.

Duties
- Offer guests a warm welcome with Arabic coffee and a sweet sample
- Assist customers in every zone sweets, nuts, gifts, and spices with product knowledge and hospitality
- Prepare and package Shopify orders for pickup or delivery
- Gift-wrap purchases with brand-consistent presentation (training provided)
- Open the second register during busy hours or when needed
- Ensure the fulfillment station is clean, stocked, and functional throughout the shift
- Ensure that floor is consistently stocked and be ready to assist other associates when needed
- Consistently keep floor clean and presentable for customers
Requirements
- People-first attitude with strong communication skill
- Bilingual in either Arabic/English or Spanish/English is a plus but not required
- Comfortable moving between tasks and zones throughout the day
- Detail-oriented in organization and cleanliness
- Ability to lift 20 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and stay focused in busy environments
