What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Elevate the Guest Experience: Warmly welcome arriving guests, manage the seating chart efficiently, and extend a gracious farewell, ensuring a flawless first and last impression.
- Master the Menu: Maintain a strong working knowledge of our rodizio concept, salad bar, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest inquiries.
- Manage the Front Desk: Keep the host station impeccably organized, answer phone calls, manage reservations, and handle guest checkouts/cashier duties with precision and care.
- Deliver Seamless Hospitality: Work efficiently under pressure and maintain absolute composure during peak dining hours. Always honor the guest’s right-of-way.
- Champion Teamwork: Maintain a high level of professionalism, showing consideration and a willingness to assist fellow teammates across the restaurant.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain pristine cleanliness at the front of the house and strictly adhere to dress code and uniform guidelines.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- The Ultimate Professional: A warm, engaging, and friendly personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent Communicator: Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English (bilingual skills are a plus).

- Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced: Operates with a natural sense of urgency while maintaining flawless attention to detail.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.
