We are looking to add a Inventory Operations CoordinatorInventory Operations Coordinator to our corporate Inventory team.
Department: Inventory Control / Distribution Operations
Reports To: Director of Distribution
Position Summary
The Inventory & Sales Support Coordinator supports the sales team by providing accurate product availability, lead-time, and estimated arrival dates (ETAs) information. This role also assists the Inventory Control Department with cycle count administration, inventory transfers, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Understand Showroom Product Lines
- Serve as the primary contact for sales inquiries regarding vendor follow-up:
- Product availability
- Lead times
- Research and communicate updated ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) on customer and stock orders.
- Update and maintain daily cycle counts and reports.
- Review and process manual transfer requests between branches.
- Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations and inventory adjustments.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Identify and escalate recurring inventory discrepancies and process issues.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Eclipse/Solar ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or sales support experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
