This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional to gain experience selling and driving group revenue across two distinct brands. The Director of Group Sales is an experienced senior-level hotel sales leader reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Events. This role is responsible for supporting in managing and leading the sales team while also handling key markets and accounts.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee group business development strategy, directing outbound sales efforts, lead management, and relationship growth to drive revenue.
Direct the proposal and contracting process, ensuring timely responses, strategic RFP positioning, and brand‑compliant agreements.
