Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiology to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations specific to cardiac health.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, documenting all patient interactions and clinical findings in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient education on cardiovascular health management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
- Support triage processes by prioritizing urgent cases and coordinating timely interventions for acute cardiac events or emergencies.
Experience
- Proven experience working in cardiology office setting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams across specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care.
