Job Description:
Line Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Prep Cooks support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, setting up stations, maintaining food quality, and helping the kitchen team during service. Workers should be comfortable in a fast-paced back-of-house environment and able to follow kitchen standards, recipes, and food safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Assist with prep work, grill station duties, line setup, and plating
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and prep stations safely
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen duties as needed
Important:
- Previous kitchen experience is required. Applicants should have experience as a line cook, grill cook, prep cook, or in a similar back-of-house role.
- Restaurant, hotel, country club, catering, or high-volume food service experience is preferred.
Requirements:

- Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work well with a kitchen team
- Reliable transportation is required to get to and from job sites
