We are a custom furniture studio seeking an experienced upholsterer to join our workshop. We specialize in made-to-order furniture, including banquettes, benches, headboards, cushions, ottomans, upholstered panels, and custom seating for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate must be well experienced in working with leather, with a strong understanding of how to cut, stretch, wrap, sew, and finish leather cleanly. Experience with vinyl, performance fabrics, velvet, and other upholstery materials is also helpful, but leather experience is especially important for this role.
This position requires someone who can follow measurements and production notes accurately, execute clean upholstery work, and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include upholstering custom furniture pieces, applying leather and fabric cleanly, foam, Dacron, cutting, patterning, finishing details, and preparing pieces for delivery. Experience with custom furniture, banquettes, commercial seating, leatherwork, tufting, channeling, or restaurant upholstery is a strong plus.

Pay: $25.32 - $30.49 per hour
