YUMI Lashes USA x Elysee Z Beauty is looking for 2 to 3 part-time Social Media Summer Interns to join our team and help create daily content for Instagram and TikTok.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to build their resume, gain real hands-on experience, and work inside a luxury beauty space known for high-end lash lifts, brows, skincare, facials, and beauty education.
We are looking for creative, motivated, and trend-aware individuals who have a strong aesthetic eye and enjoy creating content that feels fresh, engaging, and viral. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, social media, TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, UGC-style content, behind-the-scenes videos, and luxury lifestyle branding.
As a Social Media Summer Intern, you will help capture and create day-to-day content during our salon operations. You will work alongside our team to film services, create short-form videos, capture before-and-after transformations, document the salon experience, and help bring our brand personality to life online.
We are looking for 2 to 3 individuals because the schedule is flexible. Interns will work together as part of a small content team to support daily content creation Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Days and daily hours are flexible based on availability.
Responsibilities
- Create daily Instagram and TikTok content during salon operations.
- Film short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, transformations, client experiences, products, and beauty services.
- Assist with TikTok trends, Reels concepts, UGC-style content, and viral beauty content ideas.
- Help capture aesthetic photos and videos throughout the salon.
- Work with the team to brainstorm fresh content ideas that align with the YUMI brand.
- Support content planning for Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, beauty trends, viral sounds, and content styles.
- Help organize footage and content ideas for future posting.
- Bring a creative eye to luxury beauty, skincare, lashes, brows, and salon lifestyle content.
Requirements
- Passionate about social media, beauty, TikTok, Instagram, and content creation.
- Has a strong aesthetic eye and understands what makes content visually appealing.
- Comfortable filming on a phone and creating short-form video content.
- Creative, reliable, professional, and excited to learn.
- Interested in building a resume and gaining real experience in beauty, branding, marketing, and social media.
- Understands or is willing to learn UGC-style content and viral short-form content.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment.
- Able to work independently and also collaborate with a creative team.
- Experience with social media editing, reels, and any other editing softwares and tools.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, lashes, brows, luxury lifestyle, or influencer-style content is a plus.
