Job Overview

Duties

- Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions, stakeholder engagement, and sustained performance improvements.
- Manage business operations by establishing robust workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Direct budget management activities including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide data-driven decision-making insights, operational analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive project management initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with executives through verbal communication skills that clarify complex concepts and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead large-scale organizational change efforts by managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar senior leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in executing operational excellence initiatives and process improvement strategies at an organizational level.
- Extensive background in business development management coupled with strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss analysis, and operational financial oversight.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex programs from inception to completion.
- Supervising experience managing diverse teams at the executive level; ability to motivate and develop high-performing leaders.
- Skilled in change management techniques for large-scale organizational transformations that drive sustainable growth.
- Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level interactions; capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making processes to inform strategic initiatives effectively.
