We are seeking a hands-on IT & Epicor Support Technician to provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, end users, and Epicor ERP platform. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments-including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, inventory, finance, and shipping-while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network-connected equipment.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and hardware.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Monitor and support network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and internet connectivity.

Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.

Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, security awareness, and access control compliance.

Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.

Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Serve as a key resource for Epicor ERP users across multiple business functions.

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.

Assist users with transactions, reports, dashboards, BAQs, and system navigation.

Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementations, and enhancement projects.

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Assist with data integrity, imports, validation, and reporting.

Partner with department leaders to implement ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Support shop-floor technologies, including barcode scanners, label printers, production terminals, and workstations.

Assist with quality, traceability, and compliance-related system requirements.

Support integrations between Epicor ERP and manufacturing systems.

Help maintain accurate data and system performance to meet aerospace quality standards.

Participate in continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity and system effectiveness.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of IT support experience in manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting Epicor ERP.

This position is based in a professional office environment within a manufacturing facility. The role may involve occasional exposure to machinery, production equipment, noise, dust, and manufacturing operations. Occasional after-hours support may be required for system maintenance, upgrades, or emergency troubleshooting.
