Project Manager
Pay: Starting at $70,000/year+, depending on experience

About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our deconstruction and demolition projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role is responsible for supporting field operations, removing obstacles before they affect the schedule, coordinating project documentation, and helping ensure each job is set up for success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well, and can stay ahead of details in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Support field operations by identifying and removing obstacles ahead of time to help maintain schedule.
- Coordinate procurement needs such as equipment rentals, temporary fencing, portable toilets, and other jobsite support items.
- Assist with scheduling
- Create and manage subcontractor contracts and purchase orders for each job.
- Prepare project-specific subcontractor PO amounts and scopes.
- Develop and manage labor crew scopes.
- Create and manage client contracts.
- Obtain and track proper insurance certificates, including additional insured language, and provide them to clients before work begins.
- Track project costs using company software (Contractor Foreman) and provide weekly updates.
- Communicate with internal team members, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, demolition, deconstruction, or a related project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable working with contracts, scopes, insurance documents, and project tracking tools.
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or field operations is preferred.
