Now Hiring: Baking & Team Member
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Baking & Packaging team member to join our in house Jitterz bakery team! This role supports daily operations by helping with both baking and the preparation/packaging of orders to ensure everything meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with baking tasks, including preparing doughs/batters, operating ovens, and following recipes
- Package baked goods accurately and attractively for orders, deliveries, or retail display
- Label, organize, and prepare orders for pickup or distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and packaging areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen, baking, or food prep experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Pay:
5 am-1pm Tuesday- Saturday
7am- 3pm Tuesday- Saturday
