GREENHOUSE CUT FLOWERS COMPANY is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for maintaining company facilities, equipment, and grounds to support safe and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs
- Assist with greenhouse, irrigation, and facility upkeep
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Operate tractors and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support maintenance projects as assigned
- Utilize computer systems for maintenance records, inventory tracking, and work orders
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver License required
- Experience operating tractors and forklifts
- Basic computer skills required
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
