As a CSR at Ray Brandt Collision , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, managing incoming calls, and assisting customers through the repair process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our services.
Requirements:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone.

Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs.

Assist customers in understanding repair estimates and the insurance claims process.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding vehicle repairs or services.

Communicate effectively with technicians, insurance providers, and other departments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress.

Ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
