Estate Planning Paralegal
KMS Law Offices, LLC is a boutique Trusts and Estates law firm located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a full-time Estate Planning Paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional client service.
This position plays a vital role in guiding clients through the estate planning process and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Do
Client Communication Relationship Management
· Serve as a primary point of contact for estate planning clients.
· Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates.
· Schedule client meetings and participate in document signing appointments.
· Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the planning process.
· Estate Planning Support
· Draft and revise estate planning documents, including:
o Wills
o Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
o Powers of Attorney
o Healthcare Directives
· Occasional travel to meet with clients.
Organization & File Management
· Maintain accurate and organized client files.
· Manage estate planning workflows and monitor deadlines.
· Track pending matters and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
· Maintain electronic document storage and firm systems.
Process Improvement
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client service.
· Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives.
· Take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion.

Qualifications
· Prior law firm experience preferred, particularly in estate planning.
· Paralegal certificate and notary preferred.
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Excellent document production, proofreading, and organizational skills.
· Experience working directly with clients in a professional setting.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
