Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Shift Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, guest relations, and possess strong organizational skills. Bilingual abilities and knowledge of hotel management systems are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
- Prepare and review daily reports related to occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with resolving guest issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and positive relations
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring hotel premises during night hours
- Update reservation systems and assist with room assignments as needed
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or facility issues
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Prior experience with guest services, hotel operations, or hospitality management will be advantageous
