Americano is a family-owned Italian restaurant in downtown Livermore. We don't run a factory line. We make sandwiches by hand, cook pastas to order, and prep our sauces from scratch. We're hiring Cooks and Sandwich Makers who want to be proud of what they put on the plate.

What you'd do
- Build sandwiches to spec — fast, clean, beautiful
- Cook pastas to order on the line
- Prep sides, fries, onion rings, desserts
- Keep your station spotless
- Communicate cleanly with the front during rushes
- Step in wherever the team needs you
What actually matters here
- You can move fast and work clean — or you're genuinely hungry to learn how
- You like making food. This matters more than any résumé.
- You show up. Every shift. On time.
- You can take feedback and get better the next day
- You're steady on your feet, in the heat, during a rush
You don't need:
- A culinary degree
- Fancy restaurant experience — a taqueria, a deli, a food truck, or a home kitchen you're proud of all count

Shifts we need most:
- 11 AM – 4 PM weekdays
- 12 PM – 4 PM weekends
- 5 PM – 7:30 PM Friday & Saturday
