Compensation & Benefits
$300,000 – $400,000+ earning potential

· Two doctor location- This is a thriving, busy PPO/FFS practice that requires two doctors to sustain the patient demand as we are the premier practice in the city
· The practice has a new CBCT, full implant armamentarium, full endo kit, etc. Implants are routinely placed in this practice
· You will receive an average of 50 new patients per month (No HMO)
· This is a thriving, PPO private practice and we are looking for a long term doctor
· CE allowance + mentorship from top-producing doctors
About the Role (General Dentist / Associate Dentist)
As a General Dentist, you will:
· Provide comprehensive dental care (restorative, crown & bridge, implants, extractions). You will get mentorship on complex cases (VDO opening, cosmetics, FMR, Implant cases) by our clinical director, Dr. Joey Arcay
· Diagnose and treatment plan for long-term patient health
· Collaborate with a strong hygiene and support team
· Perform high-value procedures (implants, cosmetics, surgery encouraged)

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license
Passion for growth and comprehensive dentistry

Pay: $300,000.00 - $475,000.00 per year
