Location: Galveston, TX
Pay: $110,000-$130,000

We're seeking a Director of Nursing who is ready to set the direction of the nursing department, develop strong leaders, and build a culture where accountability, teamwork, and excellence are the standard. As the senior nursing leader of the facility, your leadership will directly influence resident outcomes, regulatory performance, quality measures, team development, and the overall success of the organization.

What You'll Lead
- The clinical direction, performance, and accountability of the nursing department
- Development and mentorship of nursing leaders and frontline staff
- Regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and clinical quality initiatives
- Quality assurance and performance improvement efforts that strengthen resident outcomes
- Staffing strategy, workforce planning, and overall department performance
- Collaboration with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve organizational goals
- A culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and clinical operations
- Demonstrated success developing nursing leaders, improving clinical performance, and driving quality outcomes
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead with integrity, build trust, and inspire high-performing teams
