High Five Care Family Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated and dependable candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically eClinicalWorks (ECW). Outpatient clinic workflows is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Experience processing prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance-related tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Document patient information in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures
- Administer injections and perform basic laboratory testing
- Process prior authorizations, referrals, and medical records requests
- Maintain clean and organized exam rooms
- Answer phones and assist with front-office duties as needed
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a primary care clinic
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
