Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and consistency in menu offerings.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing support in areas such as interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among kitchen and service staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
