At 4 Hearts Property Services, we partner with property management companies to complete move-out assessments and rental turnovers. Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality, move-in-ready rental units quickly and professionally.
Our success depends on three specialized teams working together:
- Maintenance Team - Handles repairs and functionality
- Paint & Drywall Team - Restores walls, ceilings, trim, and finishes
- Cleaning Team - Creates the spotless finishing touch that makes a unit shine
Every team plays a critical role in delivering a home that residents are excited to move into.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed rental unit turnover cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, floors, windows, and fixtures
- Remove dust, debris, and construction residue left after maintenance and painting work
- Identify and correct overlooked details before final inspections
- Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Paint teams to keep projects moving smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Cleaning experience preferred (residential, rental unit, hotel, or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
