PRN Physical Therapist (Inpatient Rehab)- Must have Saturday availability
Position Summary:
Responsible for evaluating, planning and providing Physical Therapy treatment to restore optimal physical function and/or relieve pain.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides Physical Therapy evaluations including appropriateness of PT intervention, establishing the problem list, treatment plan of care, frequency and duration of treatment, and goals of PT treatment.
- Administers Physical Therapy treatment consistent with the plan of care.
- Re-evaluates, revises, or terminates treatment plan and goals as necessary.
- Documents treatment provided appropriately in medical record in accordance with department policies.
- Coordinates with other disciplines for effective treatment including Case Management and discharge planning.
Required:
- Current Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Michigan
- BLS card
- Prior experience working in inpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, or home health is highly desirable.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $48.00 per hour
