Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist Job – Woodstock, Virginia
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Implement interventions in various hospital settings
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Qualifications of the Occupational Therapist Job – Woodstock, Virginia
Required:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Hospital or acute care OT experience
- Experience with discharge planning and transitional care
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
