Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patients’ homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care, from in-facility care to their own homes. We're looking for experienced Physical Therapists in the Westlake, Brunswick, and Rocky River, OH areas that are interested in providing services to our patients with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Evaluate and re-evaluate patients to determine plan of care.
Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions
Complete related documentation.
Educate patients and care providers on recovery process.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio Physical Therapist License
Current CPR certification
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
