Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and generating a sale opportunity, finding new business opportunities, managing existing customers , and driving sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and selling customers.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in retail sales initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales is preferred, not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Background retail sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
