We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. Please note: This is a mobile, field-based position, NOT a stationary warehouse or office job. You will be on the move, which means having your own reliable vehicle is an absolute requirement for this role.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Personal Vehicle Required: You must use your own vehicle to travel between 2–3 different residential and commercial job sites daily (100% daily travel).
- Not a Warehouse Job: This is a dynamic, active role where you will be out in the field independently or as part of a crew, not stuck in one facility all day.
- Documentation: Must have a valid Driver’s License, SSN or TIN, and be able to pass a background check.
- Location: Must live in or be willing to travel to Dunwoody, Doraville, Gwinnett County, or the surrounding Atlanta areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Communication: Report pre-existing property damage, scheduling changes, accidents, or supply needs to management immediately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintain high cleaning standards at every site.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour + keep 100% of your tips!
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays are completely optional).
- Supplies Provided: We cover all cleaning products and equipment—zero out-of-pocket costs for you.
- Paid Training: Comprehensive training provided during your first week.
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
