Make an immediate impact as a School Psychologist supporting students throughout a key period. This contract opportunity covers a maternity leave and will require an experienced professional to provide intermittent services from August 2026 through February 2027. Situated near Franklin, WI, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administration to promote student well-being and success. Key Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Current state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably K–12 schools
- Solid grasp of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
- Strong skills conducting evaluations, writing reports, and presenting findings to multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to intermittent scheduling and manage changing caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and evaluations as needed
- Develop intervention strategies based on student data and collaborate with school staff
- Maintain thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Provide consultation and recommendations to staff and families on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
- Offer crisis intervention and support when appropriate
