TPRM Consulting Ltd is a UK-based specialist consultancy focused on Third-Party Risk Management. We work with banking, financial services, regulated businesses, and enterprise clients across the UK and Europe, helping them strengthen their vendor risk, supplier governance, and third-party risk management programmes.
We are a small, high-performing remote team looking for someone who can help us build meaningful LinkedIn relationships with the right prospects.
About the Role
We are hiring a LinkedIn Warm Outreach Specialist to support our business development pipeline.
This is not a cold sales or spam outreach role. Your main responsibility is to help turn targeted LinkedIn prospects into warm, engaged connections through research, personalised messaging, thoughtful content sharing, and proper follow-up.
You will work closely with Trin, our Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist, who will provide weekly target company lists and recommended outreach angles. You will then use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify the right contacts, connect with them, nurture the relationship, and help move qualified prospects toward exploratory calls with our Senior Client Pipeline Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Review weekly target company lists and identify 2–3 relevant LinkedIn contacts per company
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find decision-makers such as Heads of Risk, CISOs, Procurement Directors, Vendor Risk leaders, or hiring managers
- Send personalised, role-specific LinkedIn connection requests
- Send warm, non-salesy thank-you messages after connections are accepted
- Follow target companies and engage authentically with relevant LinkedIn posts
- Share relevant TPRM content such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, podcast clips, or Proof of Value materials
- Space follow-ups appropriately and avoid over-messaging new connections
- Identify warm prospects based on replies, engagement, questions, or buying signals
- Introduce the Proof of Value opportunity only when the prospect shows genuine interest
- Book qualified exploratory calls into the approved calendar when appropriate
- Keep the outreach tracker or HubSpot CRM updated with accurate contact status and notes
- Provide a weekly update covering connections made, replies received, content shared, calls booked, and prospect feedback
What You Will Not Be Asked to Do
- You will not be expected to hard sell or send unsolicited sales decks
- You will not discuss pricing or make commercial promises
- You will not conduct the exploratory sales calls yourself
- You will not create new content from scratch
- You will not reach out to unapproved companies without alignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on B2B LinkedIn outreach experience
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to write clear, professional, personalised LinkedIn messages
- Experience generating warm conversations, qualified leads, booked meetings, or commercial opportunities
- Experience using CRM tools or outreach trackers
- Strong English writing skills
- Good organisation and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience supporting B2B consulting, professional services, compliance, financial services, or SaaS businesses
- Familiarity with vendor risk, third-party risk, procurement, compliance, or financial services
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, TheirStack, or similar platforms
- Experience working with remote teams in a Philippines-based setup

Working Arrangements

- Remote, Philippines-based
- Must be available for some overlap with UK business hours for team syncs
- First 30 days will be a paid evaluation period
- Tools provided may include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Calendly, content library access, and target lead data
