Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in every dish served
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming shifts or special events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety management and adherence to safety standards in production
- Strong knife skills with proper slicing techniques and attention to detail in food preparation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
