Umbrella Properties is actively searching for a Hub Property Hub Manager in Eugene for 2 Properties. If you want to join a property management team that is focused on providing residents a great place to live and you are an experienced multifamily Property Hub Manager or have property management experience and a drive to be the best, we want to hear from you.
The Property Hub Manager will live on site and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all of the property operations, general administration and maintenance of the property. Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the Property Hub Manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting.

What You Bring:
- High school graduate or GED. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager.
- Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, including Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using Yardi or other property management software is beneficial
- This is a Live on-site position
