Anchor Health Homecare is seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is primarily office-based with occasional home visits and assessments in the community.
We are looking for an organized, dependable RN who is comfortable working with patients and families, coordinating care, and completing in-home assessments when needed. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have reliable transportation.
Position Details
- Full-time RN position based in our Brooklyn office
- Occasional home visits and patient assessments required
- Salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
- Additional compensation provided for completed home assessments
- Assessments completed during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) are included as part of salary responsibilities
- Assessments completed after business hours are paid separately on a fee-for-service basis
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Bilingual Spanish / English required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable traveling for occasional home visits and assessments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Home care experience is a plus
