About Us:
ScuttleBugs CDC is a premium child development center, educating and caring for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our program is full service, providing children with healthy meals, diapers, wipes, infant formula, sunscreen, and nap time linens.
Our programs are inspired by Emergent, Play Based and Reggio Emilia curricula. The curriculum is carefully tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children. ScuttleBugs presents a loving environment, where children make new friends, develop social skills and gain confidence.
Employment Opportunities:
We are searching for passionate teachers. A minimum of 15 ECE/CD units are preferred (including inf/todd coursework), and candidates must have a minimum of 6 semester units in early childhood education/child development and be currently enrolled. Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool and infant/toddler students.
- Manage classroom dynamics and create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and development.
- Utilize early childhood education strategies to promote learning and social skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum based on best practices in childcare and education.
- Stay updated on current trends and research in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
