We're looking for a Catering Support Team Member to assist our BBQ locations by handling catering inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between our guests and teams. If you have excellent phone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and a passion for great customer service, we'd love to have you on our team!
Pay: $20 per hour
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Seasonal; 24-32 hours per week through December, then up to 16 hours per week beginning January 2027
Required Availability: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (8 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls for all BBQ locations and assist guests with catering orders.

Process and confirm catering orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Communicate orders with the appropriate teams to ensure smooth execution.

Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, providing helpful and friendly service.

Follow up on unanswered or incomplete orders by reaching out to guests.

Maintain accurate records of orders and communications.

Assist with other catering support tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Customer service experience (phone-based support preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders.

Basic computer skills (email, order management software, etc.).

Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.

Previous experience in catering, restaurants, or hospitality is a plus!
