Kailua Harley-Davidson is opening soon at Kailua Shopping Center!! Join our dynamic Harley-Davidson retail team as a full-time or part-time Retail Apparel Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect iconic American brand apparel, and ensure the sales floor is inviting and well-organized. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships with our valued customers. Training will be provided in a variety of essential customer service and sales skills, including generating sales, visual merchandising, pricing and signage, point-of-sale (POS) cash register operations, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their apparel needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with product selection, and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and tidy.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication abilities and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a retail environment or customer service is a plus but not required.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Dependability and punctuality are essential for this position.
- Must be able to work weekend and holidays to meet business needs.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
