Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team specializing in oil and gas, utilities, and infrastructure construction projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other construction management software, TRACK, B2W
- Support project teams in coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution
- Contribute to cost management efforts through construction estimating and tracking project expenses
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards
- Manage document control processes using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for efficient project documentation
- Support project meetings, prepare progress reports, and track key milestones for timely project delivery
- Assist in managing contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proficiency with construction scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project
- Experience with construction estimating, cost management, and budget tracking
- Familiarity with civil engineering software including Civil 3D for site design coordination
- Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance requirements within the oil & gas or utilities sectors
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to manage teams effectively within a construction management environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion
- Skilled in using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, B2W Estimate, B2W TRACK and related tools
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels

Pay: $76,500.00 - $98,500.00 per year
