Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Leasing Agent for luxury apartment complex in east Tampa area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages & directing to the correct personnel.
- Handling maintenance requests, process work orders.
- Showing rental units to guests.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 6 months – 1 year of Leasing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing personality
- Great people skills, excellent communication skills
- Good phone etiquette, and eager to learn.
- Experience with CRM Yardi preferred, background with fair house and leasing.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.
- One day off during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and Sunday.
- Temp to hire opportunity.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
