As a Guest Services team member, you will provide the initial introduction to our facility, creating a positive and welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and callers. If you possess exceptional customer service skills, a pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and patient disposition, we encourage you to apply.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and employees
- Become acquainted with staff members and their functions to properly route calls
- Complete various administrative projects as directed by your supervisor
- Possess appropriate computer skills to effectively accomplish required tasks
- Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs
- Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent situations
Additionally, you will:
- Generate and distribute forms
- Accurately perform all mail room functions for staff and residents
- Attend various meetings and functions as required
- Perform other duties as needed by Admissions and Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer services/sales experience
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business
- Practice good judgment at all times
- Dependable and reliable
- Maintain proper dress code in uniform
