KBR is the leading countertop fabricator in the Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia and Kentucky areas. We are looking for a 2nd shift Foreman to lead our Stone Shop fabrication team.
Hours consist of Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 11:30pm, overtime if needed.
Essential Duties and Daily Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- oversee daily fabrication workflow
- assign jobs and task to employees based on skill level and workload
- monitor production schedules
- verify dimensions, cutouts, material and all specs of the job are being fabricated accurately
- identify issues, maintain quality, potential problems before material is cut
- report production concerns and performance issues to management
- ensure jobs are completed
- make sure completed jobs are moved to the appropriate staging area
- direct, train and supervise all employees on your shift
- help develop employees skills with cross training
- ensure proper safety protocols are being followed
- promote teamwork
