Inspired Mind Mental Health is an innovative Peer-run organization in San Diego, shifting the paradigm in mental health. We are growing our in-person peer support groups in North County San Diego (Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido) and looking for a facilitator with lived experience to join us.

What we're looking for:
Lived experience with mental health and/or recovery
CPSS or RADT certification
Belief in the peer support model and the reframe our groups are built on.
Availability to facilitate in-person sessions in the North County San Diego area
What this is:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own availability and bring your own approach to facilitation (with our guidance), and training and support are provided as you get started.

Pay: $38.00 - $75.00 per hour
