Smile Studio NW is a brand-new orthodontic practice backed by a team with a combined 30+ years of experience — and we're building a team as dedicated as we are. We're looking for a Clinical Assistant with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. No orthodontic experience? No problem — we'll train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures
- Take X-rays and assist with patient records
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
What we're looking for:
- A positive, upbeat attitude that puts patients at ease
- Reliable and responsible — someone the team can count on every day
- A true team player who is eager to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
