What You’ll Do

Support front-end (cashier/checkout) operations

Supervise and assist front-end team members

Provide excellent customer service

Help ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations

Assist with stocking, cleaning, and general store tasks as needed

Help maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For

Retail experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dependable and team-oriented

Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Full Time Pay & Benefits
Pay : $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience

Up to $2,000 retention bonuses available (performance-based)

+$2.00/hr Sunday premium pay

+$2.00/hr holiday pay

Paid time off (5 PTO days in first year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
