Position Overview
Ranch Armor UTV is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined UTV Installation Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for professionally installing heavy-duty aftermarket UTV accessories including bumpers, grille guards, headache racks, and custom Ranch Armor packages. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Ranch Armor bumpers, grille guards, racks, flatbeds, Tops, High Seats, and related UTV accessories
- Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and secure mounting of all products
- Perform light fabrication or modifications when necessary
- Inspect completed installations to meet company quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve fitment issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading units and product preparation as needed
- Provide basic customer guidance on product use and care
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical experience (automotive, powersports, fabrication, or similar field)
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with UTVs (Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, etc.)
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
- Previous dealership or accessory installation experience
