In Office Position / Not Remote:
We have found it difficult for paralegals to mesh into the law firm if they are not in the office on a daily basis to learn the nuances of each employee, how they operate and view their interaction with clients. Being in office also allows for better and faster communication between employees with the ability to hone your craft, picking up on attorney and employee interaction with clients that you would otherwise not be exposed. If you are looking for a remote position, we absolutely understand but this particular job will not be a good fit.
